Nettle is a seasonal spring herb with edible yellow flowers that are pungent to the tongue when eaten. Some people drink its flowers as a hot drink like chamomile. It grows in clay and rocky soils, plains, hills, and water bodies. It is suitable for propagation in gardens where no other plant shares shade with it from the sun. It does not grow very high and is suitable for being planted alone. Its propagation period is mid-October.
