Donkey's ear
An annual, non-grazing herbaceous plant from the Lamiaceae family, sometimes perennial, native to rocky soils. It has large, sprawling leaves with upright, flower-bearing branches in the middle. It has an edible underground root and can be propagated by seeds in October.
